This is the online Google form for the Camper Application.

The application is now open! Please scroll down the botom of this page for payment options for this year. We now have PayPal and Venmo. The QR codes are posted.

$400 Flat Fee Per Camper (includes all fees and camp t-shirt). Payment MUST be submitted with your camper applications. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to submit a Camp Application to hold your camper’s spot. A deposit is not required, but you must pay in full by July 1st. If you pay in full with the camper application, you already have a spot

Camp Scholarship Application Due with Camper Application
     -$75 non-refundable deposit is required when submitting a Camp Scholarship Application to hold your camper’s spot!
- You will be notified by the Camp HERO Board of Directors with the status of your camper’s scholarship after June.
- Due to funding, the Camp HERO Board of Directors will review all scholarship applications and award scholarships based on need.
- We also encourage you to seek funding through local agencies ( i.e., Lions Clubs, Kawanis, etc.) that may be interested in sponsoring your child to come to camp! Please take a look at the Fundraising tab on our website.

***Multi-Child Discount***

This discount is for families who are sending more than one child to camp.  The multi-child discount cannot be applied to those who receive a camp scholarship.  Please indicate this on your camper's application.  Please submit all children's applications at the same time.  The first child is charged the full cost, then $15 off for additional children
                  

Registration MUST include:

• Online Application which includes: Medical History, copies of medical insurance (front and back), Photo ID, etc.)

• Payment (Please use PayPal or Venmo to send your payments and please identify which child(ren) you are paying for)

• If you are filling out the camp Scholarship Application & $75 deposit
      (completed in its entirety if applicable)

• Types of hearing aid(s),
       cochlear implant device
       including model numbers
  
  Don't forget! Any application that is submitted incomplete will NOT be processed. Please refer to the above checklist to assure all items are submitted with your registration.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS RECEIVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM OUR CAMP DIRECTORS BY JUNE 1ST AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED ALL OF THE APPLICATIONS! IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS PLEASE CONTACT gocamphero@gmail.com
